THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and
- oriented Booking & Roadtrip Sales Agent. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, encourage them to complete bookings or enhance existing ones, and reconnect with past customers.

This role is based in our Lisbon HQ.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Lead Follow-Up: Contact customers who have not completed their campervan booking online.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Engage with customers to encourage them to finalize purchases.
• Reach out to customers who traveled with us 9 months ago to promote new trips and special offers.
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospects and customers to present tailored options.
• Develop strong connections with customers to build trust and foster loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the sales team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
