The Role

We are seeking a proactive and
- driven Booking & Roadtrip Sales Agent to join our team in Lisbon. You will engage with prospective and existing customers, follow up on leads, upsell
- ons, and reconnect with past customers to promote new trips and offers. If you enjoy sales, helping customers realize their travel dreams, and working in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity.

What You Will Do

1. Follow up with leads to complete campervan bookings.
2. Upsell and
   - sell additional services like insurance and extra kilometers.
3. Contact past customers to promote new trips and special offers.
4. Conduct virtual consultations to present tailored options.
5. Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
6. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.

Who We Are Looking For

1. Experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and German.
3. Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently remotely.
4. Proficiency with CRM tools (e. g. , Salesforce, Hub
   Spot) and communication platforms (Slack, Google Workspace).
5. Strong organizational skills and customer focus.
6. Experience in upselling or managing
   - term relationships is a plus.
