What will your daily mission be?

Handling calls from guests looking to book unforgettable stays at the group’s hotels;

Advising and persuading clients to confirm their reservations;

Managing emails and ensuring every request is answered with professionalism and care.

What will make you shine in this role?

Fluency in French and English (or Portuguese);

Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.

Attractive package:
Base Salary: 1089€
French Bonus: 128€
English Bonus: 35, 70€
Meal Allowance: 8, 32€/day

Rotating shifts between 07h and 23h;
