What will your duties be?

-Answering telephone calls from customers wishing to make reservations at the group's hotels;
-Persuading customers to make bookings;
-Answering emails.


What will make you succeed in this position?

-Fluency in Dutch and English or Portuguese;
-Professional experience in sales and/or customer service.

What do we have to offer?

Full-time hybrid position;
Base Salary: 1089€ + Dutch Language Bonus: 256€ + English Language Bonus: 35, 70€ + Meal Allowance: 8, 32€;
Rotating hours between 07H to 23H, from monday to sunday with rotative days off;
On weekends you will work remotely!
