Job Title: French Customer Support Specialist — Telecom Products
Location: Porto, On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00–19:00 (rotating shifts)
Languages: Native French or Strong C2

As a French Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and more. No previous experience is required—just a passion for helping people and strong French communication skills.
What Youll Do
- Handle incoming calls from customers.
- Welcome and advise customers, offering personalized solutions.
- Support customers with subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Share and live a positive

What Were Looking For
- Native French or C2-level French.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work
- site in Porto (only local candidates within 30km). - Positive attitude and
- first mindset.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 930 euro/month (14 payments)
- Performance Bonus: 100 euro/month for the first 3 months, then up to performance
- Meal Allowance: 9 euro/day
- Transportation Reimbursement: Up to 40 euro/month
- Private Medical Insurance: Available after 4 months
- Total Compensation: Over 1, 400 euro gross/month (12 months) including base, bonus, and allowances
