Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Brake Press Operator to join our Operational Team in Portugal, supporting our manufacturing of major projects with the latest equipment at our Portugal facility. This role presents an opportunity to be part of a growing business and a global team of innovators and doers.

• Experienced in brake press processes within industrial manufacturing
• Process-oriented with good attention to deadlines
• Capable of analyzing technical drawings

The Role

• Analyze technical drawings and suggest adjustments
• Program the machine and select tools and materials
• Execute cutting and folding on plates according to drawings
• Maintain machine efficiency and perform troubleshooting
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with production and support operational management in Portugal

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant manufacturing qualifications in sheet metal and press brake operations
• Experience with machinery and industrial manufacturing
• Ability to understand and review technical drawings
• Proactive, supportive, and effective organizational skills

Additional Requirements

• Residency in Portugal with legal permits
