Brand & Communications Trainee Lisboa

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of the internal communication plan;
• Preparing and sending internal communications on the various communication channels;
• Creating and updating content – written and supporting images;
• Supporting the planning and production of the internal newsletter (writing and producing content);
• Creating Power
  Point presentations following internal templates;
• Supporting in carrying out internal surveys, analyzing data, and producing reports;
• Writing company meeting reports.

You’ll be focused in

• Supporting the implementation of the internal communication plan;

In order to succeed, you’ll need

• Bachelor-'s degree Communication Sciences, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
• Knowledge of Office 365 tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Power
  Point, Word and Excel)
• Strong communication skills and ability for writing/storytelling;
• Strong analytical skills, highly organized and attention to detail;
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Internship experience up to 3 months
• Knowledge of editing tools (image, video)
