Part‑time/contract position based in our offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or from home. French and English fluency is required.

Mission: Become the storyteller‑in‑chief for Paradox, creating engaging, authentic content across social media to grow our personal brand visibility and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Build a full content pipeline for Instagram Reels, Tik
  Tok, Facebook, Linked
  In, You
  Tube Shorts and other platforms.
• Turn ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual).
• Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale.
• Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains while aligning with our values and voice.
• Develop on‑camera presence – charismatic, confident, authentic.
• Review performance data weekly, iterate and refine content strategy.
• Use insights to adapt strategy in real time and track key metrics (reach, engagement, credibility).
• Play with new trends and stay current to resonate with our audience.
• Engage with followers, source testimonials, and collaborate with strategic voices.
• Become a trusted presence in the spaces where our audience lives.

Qualifications

• Obsessed with social media – studied and reverse‑engineered virality.
• Magnetic on camera, fearless with bold shots and strong storytelling & editing skills.
• Can write, riff, and repurpose ideas into multiple formats; captions sharp, edits tight.
• Fast‑paced, self‑motivated, thrives in feedback‑heavy environments.
• Understands brand power and builds human, smart, modern brands.
• Experience as solo creator or building another’s online presence.
• Fluent in Tik
  Tok, IG Reels, You
  Tube Shorts as a creator.
• Portfolio of content that performed – provide hits and misses.
• Part creator, part strategist, part brand whisperer.
