We are looking for two energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors / Exhibition Hosts to represent Speak
Up at Web Summit Lisbon 2025 .

• Your role will be to engage with event visitors, present our platform, and help us generate new leads during the exhibition.

• Welcome visitors and attract them to our booth
• Confidently present the Speak
  Up app and its key features (AI-based speaker matching platform)
• Distribute brochures and marketing materials
• Collect leads and feedback from attendees
• Maintain a positive and professional presence throughout the event
• Learn all essential information about the product before the event through online training and provided materials

• Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and approachable personality
• Ability to quickly learn and explain key information about tech products
• Experience in trade shows, events, or hospitality is an advantage
• Must be available in Lisbon on 11 November 2025
• Participation in a short online training session prior to the event is mandatory

Official contract

• Competitive daily rate (€200–450/day )
• Lunch and refreshments included
• Full online training provided prior to the event
