Gaming compliance, crypto trends and user behaviour. This is a hybrid role where in-office time is recognised as valuable in the preliminary stages of our start up to build and shape the foundations of the novel Marketing and other teams, with flexibility where required.
Responsibilities
- Create Brand consistency &
- building across all touchpoints. - Develop Retention marketing strategies that increase LTV and reduce churn.
- Push Community building via events, social media, influencers, and
- platform engagement. - Create Player reactivation programs to win back dormant users.
- Develop and evolve a brand strategy that balances fun, trust, and innovation.
- Lead the content and communications calendar as well as commercial events calendar.
- Build and manage a marketing budget.
- Manage creative production, internal or via agency/freelancers.
- Support growth team with branded campaign assets and messaging.
- Develop a player-focused brand that resonates in crypto gaming communities and internally through our employer branding alike.
- Monitor brand performance and sentiment in
- time (Reddit, Discord, X). - Drive consistency across touchpoints: website, platform, ads, influencer scripts.
- Build and lead a Brand and Retention team.
- Support People and Operations departments in initiatives related to Employer Branding as well as commercial branding strategies, techniques and resources.
- Work closely with CFO, CLO and CPO to ensure tight knit strategy encompassing overarching company directives and conformity.
- Travel as extensively as required to support the launch, events management and initiatives success.
Experience & Background Required
- 5–7+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within i
Gaming, online casinos, sports betting, or
- first consumer platforms (fintech, gaming,
- commerce, entertainment). - Proven track record in building and executing retention, loyalty, and CRM strategies that increase LTV, reduce churn, and drive player reactivation.
- Strong expertise with CRM automation platforms (e. g. , Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including email, SMS, push, and
- app messaging. - Solid experience designing and managing loyalty and VIP programs, especially in highly competitive gaming/entertainment markets.
- Demonstrated success in community building — leveraging social media, influencers, events, and
- platform engagement. - Deep understanding of South Asian player behavior, gaming preferences, and cultural nuances to tailor engagement and loyalty campaigns.
- Strong analytical background: able to segment audiences, track retention KPIs (churn, ARPU, engagement rates, cohort analysis), and optimize based on insights.
- Experience managing creative brand consistency across multiple touchpoints (ads, emails, social,
- platform). - Leadership experience in building and scaling
- functional teams, including design, CRM, comms, social, and loyalty specialists. - Knowledge of responsible gaming and compliance frameworks for communication in the i
