Responsibilities

• ✔ Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a Brand’s identity and meet the needs of marketing teams;
• ✔ Creating artwork, such as logos, Brand Visual elements, and Brand promotional materials;
• ✔ Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging;
• ✔ Researching current design trends and staying
  -
  - date on new technologies and techniques;
• ✔ Presenting design concepts to Design Head for review and feedback;
• ✔ Making revisions and adjustments to brand designs based on feedback;
• ✔ Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
• ✔ Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• ✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Development;
• ✔ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of Brand Identity design, including different styles and techniques in Branding materials and Logo layouts;
• ✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce
  - quality work;
• ✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• ✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• ✔ Creative
  - solving skills and ability to think outside the box;
• ✔ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities;
• ✔ Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• ✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design (3D software might be plus).
