Brand Manager Jncquoi
Ensure that the JNCQUOI brand maintains and strengthens its unique identity across all touchpoints — from communication to product and customer experience. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, prestige, and emotional connection with clients, driving sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and refine brand positioning, values, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Conduct market analysis: luxury & lifestyle trends, benchmarking, cultural and social insights.
- Identify and profile target audiences and buyer personas.
- Develop and execute annual/quarterly marketing and communication plans (digital, offline, influencers, PR, events).
- Coordinate creative teams in producing campaigns, visual materials, and brand storytelling.
- Define brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints — website, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure that every customer interaction — restaurant, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle — reflects the brand’s DNA and values.
- Work closely with operations, product, design, customer service, architecture, digital, and creative teams.
- Align product launches, new services, and experiences with brand strategy.
- Establish and track key KPIs: brand awareness, perception, engagement, traffic, and revenue impact.
- Evaluate campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
- Explore new marketing opportunities, emerging formats, and experiential initiatives.
- Monitor customer feedback and cultural trends to anticipate and guide brand evolution.
About you
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or Branding (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail sectors.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, consumer insights, and campaign metrics.
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities;
ability to align diverse stakeholders. - Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM, and social media management.
