BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree.
• MBA.
• 3 years of marketing related experience required.
• Experience with brand management.
• Omnichannel marketing experience.
• Teamwork and leadership – Proven ability to partner with and engage others toward a common goal.
• Strong track record of marketing, medical and/or sales successes and strong organizational skills.
• Experimentation and risk taking – Proven track record of pursuing non‑conventional ways to meet customer needs.
• Learning agility and high comfort with change in a high‑stake environment.
• Project management – Ability to manage detailed, complex projects.
• Business acumen skills – Budget management, strategic trade‑offs, development and monitoring of lead measures.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and AI.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/PREFERENCES:

• Consumer marketing experience an asset.
• TA experience: Understanding metabolic disorders and the competitive environment in CWM and Diabetes an asset.
