Brand Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Storytelling: Define, implement and evolve the brand positioning and narrative, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and leveraging storytelling to strengthen brand identity.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Collaborate with different departments (marketing, product, customer support, operations) to enhance brand perception and deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
- Campaign & Project Management: Lead 360° brand campaigns and initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure impactful execution.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with social media, performance marketing, product, and design teams to align creative and business goals.
- Market Insights & Innovation: Monitor trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to refine strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or similar (preferred)
- Proven experience in branding (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of storytelling and branding
- Basic knowledge of photo/video production (shooting or editing) is a plus
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity
- Fluent in Portuguese and independent in English (required)
