Mission:
The Brand Social Media Lead will be part of the Brand Marketing Department, and will play a critical role in owning and driving Cariuma’s owned media, across our key global markets, while working closely with the relevant stakeholders to elevate our influencer, athlete, PR, and community strategies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Marketing, this role will lead the charge in building a dynamic and
- impact brand ecosystem — blending creator partnerships, athlete stories, and community growth in alignment with our brand DNA. This is a unique opportunity to help shape Cariuma’s global visibility, elevate our voice across platforms, and engage with creators who align with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global brand social media strategy; key focus on owned social media platforms
- Build and maintain influencer and
- creator partnerships aligned with brand positioning, working closely with the Head of Marketing. - Work closely with the Brand Athletes Manager to activate athlete seeding programs.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing Manager to create and activate brand ambassador partnerships.
- Support and align our PR team
- Manage brand sentiment monitoring, UGC tracking, and community engagement strategy.
- Collaborate with paid media and social teams to integrate influencer content into paid amplification.
- Partner with external social media consultant on content publishing and platform performance.
- Analyze brand media KPIs and regularly report on reach, engagement, and earned media value.
Your Story:
- 5–8 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, PR, or brand communications (ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or
- driven brands). - A strong network or understanding of social platforms, media environments, and creator communities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and manage
- channel campaigns that deliver brand impact and ROI. - Analytical approach to brand performance with strong reporting, organization, and planning capabilities.
- Experience in working with
- led activations, or creative storytelling campaigns. - A collaborative team player who brings energy, agility, and ambition to a
- moving brand environment. - Passionate about communities, skate, surf, sustainability, and building a
- driven brand - An explorer mindset.
- Fluent in English.
