? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Experience integrating Braze SDKs for mobile (i
  OS/Android) and web platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Braze APIs, including REST APIs and webhooks.
• Proficiency in at least one or two programming languages used in SDK integration:
  
  Swift (for i
  OS), Kotlin/Java (for Android), Java
  Script (for web platforms).
• Proficiency in setting up currents, user attributes, custom events, and campaign triggers.
• Knowledge of Liquid scripting for dynamic and personalized messaging.
• Experience working with SQL or No
  SQL databases for querying user data.
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines for data synchronization between Braze, m
  Particle and other tools.
• Monitor and analyze customer data for insights (e. G. , segmentation, engagement metrics).
• Experience creating and optimizing
  - channel campaigns (push, email,
  - app, SMS).
• Experience in personalization strategies, customer segmentation, and engagement workflows

Must have:

• Hands on experience with:
  
  Braze, Python, VPCs, Lambda, S3, Event
  Bridge, SQS, SNS, Security, IAM, Encryption, m
  Particle, Terraform.
• Deep expertise on a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and basic computing, storage, and networking concepts.
• Expert-level knowledge of Braze with AWS Integration and observability tools (Grafana, ELK).

Good to have:

• Node. Js, API Gateway, Kong API Gateway, ITSM processes & Service Now.
