Brazilian Portuguese Content Moderator – Lisbon

We are looking for Brazilian Portuguese speakers living in Lisbon, with a valid residence card, to join the content moderation team of an important client.

Location: Lisbon

Tasks

• Support advertisers via email and chat, helping them troubleshoot issues with campaigns and platform tools.
• Investigate technical or setup problems and follow each case through to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Engineering) when needed.
• Provide clear, timely updates to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Spot improvement opportunities and share useful feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Valid Residence Card or UE Passport.
• Native or C2 Brazilian Portuguese, with good English skills (around B2).
• Some familiarity with digital marketing or social media advertising – basic knowledge is enough.
• Experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and good organization.
• Able to work independently and also collaborate with the team.
• Eager to learn and motivated to help customers succeed.
