As a Broadcast Engineer , you'll work on advanced media asset management (MAM) integration projects for our European broadcast clients. You'll be involved in the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to system integration, deployment, support, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Vidinet MAM projects (on-prem and cloud).
• Assist clients during requirements gathering and system specification.
• Develop and maintain test/integration environments, working closely with internal teams.
• Integrate
  - party systems (e. g. , Active Directory, CDNs) via RESTful APIs.
• Support Go
  Live activities and perform system testing with clients.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, including issue analysis, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain documentation and train customer support teams.
• Contribute to process improvements for project delivery and support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience.

Skills

• Experience with media IT systems and Media Asset Management software.
• Solid understanding of broadcast/media workflows and technologies.
• Knowledge of video/audio codecs and file formats.
• Skilled in SQL, RESTful APIs, and scripting (Java
  Script, Java, Perl, C#).
• Linux server admin, Kubernetes (EKS/RKE), Docker, AWS (managed/self-hosted services).
• Troubleshooting using Open
  Search dashboards and Open
  Telemetry metrics/logs.
• Familiarity with tools like Git
  Hub, Docker, Open
  Search, Ansible, or Chef.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and collaborative.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel.
