What will your work area and main mission be?
Within TSA’s Pre-Sales area, we analyze audiovisual projects and services requested by clients in the Portuguese market, generating the required technical documentation, diagrams, schedules, and cost estimates, always adapting to the technical and economic needs of each project.
Your main mission will be to analyze RFPs and/or client requirements to produce all necessary documentation (technical reports, diagrams, cost estimates, schedules), fully aligned with the client’s expectations. Deliverables are often required within very short timelines, so a high capacity for analysis and synthesis is essential.
What do we need from you?
Professional Profile
- Degree in Technical Engineering, Higher Education, or demonstrable equivalent technical experience. Additional training in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA) will be a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, working within the Portuguese market.
- Experience in creating proposals, technical documentation, schedules, diagrams, etc. , for projects related to TV production and/or transmission, such as:
• Virtual studios, immersive environments, augmented reality.
• Cloud-based production control and remote production.
• Cloud-based production, archiving, and playout systems.
• Transmission systems via fiber optics, internet (RTMP, Zixi, HLS…).
• TV and radio encoding platforms.
• Production centers based on

- IP technology.
• Mobile production units.
• Artificial Intelligence systems.
- Experience in the implementation of the
- mentioned broadcast projects will be valued.
Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of
- sales responsibilities and
- depth understanding of:
- Broadcast systems and products.
- Industry vendors and manufacturers.
- Functional areas within a production center (live control, audio control, camera control, studios, MCR, graphics, newsroom, advanced editing, continuity, links, lighting, documentation, OB vans, DSNGs…).
- Networks, storage, tape libraries, and general IT systems.
- Public and private network infrastructures.
- Video and audio formats.
- AV technologies over IP infrastructure // SMPTE 2110, SMPTE 2022, AES67.
- Remote production systems and project design.
- System orchestration.
- Drafting scope documents and technical reports (So
W, Scope of Work) using MS Word. - Creating diagrams and schematics using Visio and Auto
CAD. - Preparing cost proposals and margin analysis using MS Excel.
- Creating schedules and Gantt charts using MS Project.

What Will your main responsibilities be?
Commercial and Sales Management
- Direct responsibility for sales targets, margins, and assigned revenue.
- Development of the Commercial Plan and conducting client visits.
- Sales management and preparation of technical proposals for products and services.
- Promotion of services and negotiation with suppliers.
- Product presentations to current and potential clients.
Proposal and Tender Management
- Preparation and
- up of proposals in response to RFPs issued by public and private entities.
Operational and Administrative Coordination
- Organizational management of service billing, in collaboration with the administration department.
- Coordination with the Operations and Implementation teams to monitor and ensure proper service delivery.
Internal Collaboration
- Close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams of Telefónica España and Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales to support commercial activity.
Training and Product Development
- Continuous training on market services and products.
- Gathering customer feedback to improve product knowledge and market positioning.
