AI/ML Engineer Position

We are a leading provider of customer relationship management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deploy AI-powered features.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and provide innovative ideas.
• Develop tools for model experimentation and management.
• Work with Dev
  Ops, feature teams, platform teams, and product to deliver scalable infrastructure.
• Support initiatives to enhance the scalability and robustness of platforms.

Requirements:

• Proficient in at least one of Python or Ruby programming languages.
• At least 1 year of experience in building, scaling, or operating applications with a desire to develop further skills.
• Familiarity with RESTful API, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
• Ability to work through ambiguity with guidance from others and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deep respect for team collaboration and openness to learning from others.
• Interest in building solutions utilizing AI/ML.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Airflow or Metaflow.
• Experience with recent tooling around LLM evaluation and monitoring.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries such as Py
  Torch.
• Experience with SQL or DBT.

Tech Stack:

• Our code is written in Python and Ruby.
• Our servers live in AWS.
• Our local machine learning models rely on Py
  Torch.
• Our ML pipelines use Airflow and Metaflow.
• Our data is stored in S3, RDS My
  SQL, and Snowflake.
• Our services and models are deployed to Kubernetes using Docker.
• Heavy usage of LLM technology from multiple providers.
