Building Maintenance Manager

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Building Maintenance Manager for its Lisbon office.
Key tasks/ activities:
- Construction coordination;
- Technical management.
Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:
- Degree in Engineering (preferred);
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar positions;
- Good relationship skills with third parties;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Power
Point and Excel; - Good knowledge of English;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- Rigour and excellence in the execution of tasks;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Team spirit and ease of communication;
- Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
- Agility in
- solving; - Driving licence (mandatory);
- Possible need to travel within national territory.
