Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team in the Property Management Department with the integration of a Building Maintenance Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key tasks/ activities:

• Construction coordination;
• Technical management.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Degree in Engineering (preferred);
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in similar positions;
• Good relationship skills with third parties;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Power
  Point and Excel;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Planning and organisational skills;
• Rigour and excellence in the execution of tasks;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Team spirit and ease of communication;
• Proactivity, assertiveness, dynamism and resilience;
• Agility in
  - solving;
• Driving licence (mandatory);
• Possible need to travel within national territory.
