Sync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 500 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Switzerland, Portugal, and the UK, we are seeking a Bulk Operation Technical Analyst to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the analyst will play a key role in our production organization, establishing and maintaining high standards of structured content for SKUs captured via bulk processes. This involves identifying products with similarities and producing them in bulk, ensuring quality standards are exceeded. If you are proficient in data manipulation, with strong analytical skills and experience with structured data, we would love to hear from you.

The responsibilities include:

• Capturing products in bulk using proprietary software, spreadsheets, SQL queries, and Python scripts.
• Reviewing manufacturer information and creating rules for bulk product creation.
• Monitoring and updating existing bulk production rules and scripts.
• Researching, organizing, and editing information for retailer websites.
• Collaborating with research teams to identify bulk production opportunities for SKUs.
• Prioritizing tasks based on customer requests and product data.
• Ensuring high quality of
  - captured products according to standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years experience working with large data sets.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets;
  
  
  
  ability to learn other tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• Teamwork skills for collaboration and communication.
