Job Description:
Important Note: Professional interpretation experience and/or interpreter certification and training are required for this position. A combination of experience and training can be considered for the role.
This is a VRI and OPI interpreter position

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional interpreting experience
- Interpreter certification or interpretation training courses
- Authorized to work in the US
- High school completion or equivalent
- Proficient in English and target language, as determined by our Language Checkup assessment
- Remote position - must reside in the US

Position Summary:
This role involves skilled consecutive,
- person interpretation, performed under direct supervision with
- defined policies. Most problems are referred to a supervisor, with limited scope for independent judgment.

Com’s interpreter protocols and policies. - Maintains confidentiality and adheres to interpreter ethics.
- Attends all required training.
- Continuously enhances vocabulary and subject matter knowledge.
- Uses standard office equipment.
- Demonstrates reliable attendance, follows directions, and communicates effectively in English and the target language.
