Our main pillars are**:**Inspire People and Strengthen Talent- Best-in-Class Operations Support- Transformational Growth**At BPO we are looking for a dynamic and empathetic spirit with ability to learn and adapt to a constant development environment and that enjoys teamwork. **What you’ll do as an IT BDA at our BPO**- Data Analysis Support: Assist in analyzing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and contribute to generating valuable insights;



- Data Visualization: Collaborate with senior analysts to create interactive and informative dashboards and reports using Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI;



- Data Cleaning and Preparation: Learn to clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure data accuracy and reliability;



- Data Extraction and Manipulation: Work with senior analysts to extract and manipulate data using Python and SQL for various analysis purposes;



- Data Quality Assurance: Support data quality checks and work with the team to resolve
- related issues;



- Documentation: Contribute to documenting data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference;



- Technical Skill Development: Learn and enhance your skills in Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Python, VBA, and SQL through training and
- on experience. **Must have**- Great command of English (spoken and written);



- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. - Analytical Mindset: Strong
- solving and
- thinking skills to approach
- related challenges. - Basic Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools will be advantageous. - Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of Python, VBA, or SQL is a plus. Solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify roadblocks and propose solutions;
