About the Role

We are a dynamic IT company working on projects that span marketing, recruitment, and operations. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and versatile intern who wants to learn and grow across multiple business areas, supporting both marketing initiatives and recruitment processes, as well as internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Located in Lisbon, Portugal
• English should be advance cause the team is internacional.
• We embrace a hybrid work approach, with 3 days in the office and two days working remotely. Spending time in the office is essential for building
  - person connections, fostering teamwork, and facilitating productive whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming.

What You’ll Do

• Support the creation and improvement of slide decks and presentation materials.
• Assist with website support and web design tasks, helping to maintain and enhance our online presence.
• Participate in content creation for Linked
  In, blog, and other channels (future projects).
• Support the recruitment process such as posting job descriptions, help in filtering the candidates, followup candidatesm scheduling and validating interviews, etc
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Opportunity to grow into supporting internal project management initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Communications, IT, or related fields.
• Interest in learning about marketing, recruitment, operations, and IT projects.
• Ideally, experience or interest in web design.
• Familiarity and agility with AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Proactive, organized, and
  - oriented.
• Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Curious and eager to explore multiple roles in a small, dynamic IT team.
