About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Application Support to join a dynamic squad. This role bridges the gap between technology and business — designing, testing, and supporting systems that empower actuarial teams to deliver accurate insights and reports. You’ll work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, stakeholders, and
- users to ensure systems meet business needs and are effectively supported.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to
  - users and actuarial teams, ensuring effective system utilization.
• Collaborate within an Agile Squad to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions for data management, risk modeling, and reporting.
• Design and write test cases, execute and track testing activities.
• Manage and monitor support requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align priorities.
• Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies, ensuring prompt correction and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

? Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking, insurance, or actuarial sector.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Excel (VBA) – advanced level
• SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Software Testing experience
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 framework
• Familiarity with JIRA and Service
