Business Analyst – Education Cloud (Lisbon or Porto)

? Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a digital transformation initiative in the education sector, supporting a CRM implementation project focused on Education Cloud. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders and tech teams to define, document, and deliver
- quality user stories while supporting agile processes and continuous improvement.

? Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and manage the user story lifecycle.
• Facilitate and contribute to agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve blockers and clarify functional gaps.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to improving delivery frameworks.

✅ Mandatory requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to write concise and effective user stories.
• Experience working with tools such as Azure Dev
  Ops or Service
  Now.
• Good understanding of digital transformation projects.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Residing in Portugal and available to work onsite in Lisbon or Porto.
