? Job Description

As a Functional Administrator, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide Level 1 support to users during quarterly closings.

✅ Main Tasks:

• Participate in quarterly closings: create and manage data entry and consolidation environments (exchange rates, scopes, definitions).
• Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, data access groups).
• Provide support to application users (credentials, blocking controls).
• Ensure correct data transfer between consolidation tools and other systems (ERPs, data warehouses).
• Monitor the application via the administration console.
• Contribute to process improvements and enrich technical documentation.
• Apply data knowledge to improve and enrich the data model to fit user needs.

You will work closely with consolidation teams, management accounting, and IT departments.

? Qualifications

Background:

• Financial and accounting knowledge
• Interest in information systems
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar position

Languages:

• English: B2 (mandatory, C1 if no French)
• French: B2 ideal (or B1 and willing to learn)

Skills:

• Technical: SAP Financial Consolidation (nice to have), data modeling, database architecture, IFRS basics
• Soft: Collaboration, organization, communication, interpersonal skills

Tools:

• Accounting & EPM tools (SAP FC, Hyperion, Oracle, Tagetik…)
• Office tools (Excel, Word, Power
  Point)
• Data tools (SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku…)
