Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst – Management Trainee - English - Hybrid Lisbon!

In this role, you will be responsible for service delivery, people development, and
- focused problem solving with strong analytical and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the
   -
   - day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs. Investigate deviations and resolve service delivery issues, including implementing preventative measures.
2. Provide exceptional people management, mentorship, and career development to team members, aiming for low attrition and high engagement.
3. Apply analytical skills to root cause data and drive
   - making.
4. Drive operational teams to achieve continuous improvement and quality gains.
5. Flag and escalate business risks promptly to clients or supervisors.
6. Support scalable sales programs to drive revenue for clients.
7. Interact with site leads and SDLs to understand reporting and data analytics needs.
8. Implement performance management processes based on established frameworks.
9. Ensure high levels of sales and operational customer service for clients.
10. Collaborate with
    - functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives.
11. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Expertise in social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of
  - serve platforms, auctions, and biddable digital advertising.
• Experience in sales or account management with small businesses.
• Proven sales achievement record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.
• Passion for social media/entertainment marketing and building from the ground up.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
• Ability to perform well in dynamic environments.
• Creative thinking and strategic mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Team player and collaborator.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficient in English (minimum C1 level).
• This role requires working in a normal shift, Monday to Friday.
