About the Role:

We are seeking a
Business Analyst with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and
- on experience in TIBCO EBX
to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the delivery of MDM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage project scoping and estimation for MDM initiatives
• Plan and facilitate business workshops during the design phase
• Collect and analyze business requirements
• Create functional specifications for EBX (data models, business rules, workflows)
• Update interface agreements as needed
• Support functional testing, user acceptance testing, and integration testing
• Maintain project documentation and participate in project committees
• Collaborate with technical, release management, and data integration teams
• Communicate progress and implementation activities to business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in MDM projects
• Hands-on expertise in
  TIBCO EBX
  (mandatory); experience with Informatica MDM or Reltio is a plus
• Solid understanding of MDM processes and best practices
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
