You’ll bridge business and technology, supporting actuarial teams and end users while ensuring systems meet risk, data, and reporting needs.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or actuarial sectors
- Skilled in requirements analysis, testing, and incident management
- Experience designing and executing test cases and managing support requests
- Proficient in Excel (with VBA) and SQL
- Familiarity with JIRA and Service
Now for tracking and documentation - Knowledge of ITIL 4 best practices
- Fluent in English and French (both mandatory)

- Experience working within Agile squads
