Responsibilities and Qualifications

You’ll bridge business and technology, supporting actuarial teams and end users while ensuring systems meet risk, data, and reporting needs.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in banking, insurance, or actuarial sectors
• Skilled in requirements analysis, testing, and incident management
• Experience designing and executing test cases and managing support requests
• Proficient in Excel (with VBA) and SQL
• Familiarity with JIRA and Service
  Now for tracking and documentation
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 best practices
• Fluent in English and French (both mandatory)

• Experience working within Agile squads
• Strong communication, adaptability, and client‑oriented mindset
