Business Analyst | French

We are looking for a Business Analyst proficient in French!

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and prioritise business requirements, anticipating problems and evaluating impacts.
• Conduct workshops with relevant stakeholders, sponsors and/or teams to define the solution.
• Analyse business requirements with a critical mindset and challenge them when necessary.
• Identify and specify the solution with squad and tribe architects.
• Effectively break down business needs into requirements contained within a product backlog that can then be implemented in a series of short, iterative development cycles.
• Clearly communicate those business needs to the development team by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Test user stories during the development phase and contribute to increasing test‑automation coverage.
• Participate in the organisation of user acceptance tests with the end users.
• Write and update documentation with content adapted to the target audience (development, product and support teams) and deliver training sessions.

Requirements

• Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit.
• Understanding of IT concepts (API, authentication, workflow).
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• Experience in a banking/insurance environment is a plus.
• Proven analytical and organisational skills.
• French (B2).
• Proactivity, pragmatism, curiosity and autonomy.
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
