YOUR ROLE

We are seeking motivated Business Analysts to join our teams in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Optimizing processes and identifying business impacts, preparing action plans;
2. Collecting, analyzing, and validating business needs, and confirming Business Requirement documents;
3. Collaborating with Process Owners and Key Users to create and maintain Detailed Functional Specifications and Test Plans, ensuring adherence during testing;
4. Functionally assisting IT teams throughout all project phases;
5. Communicating project status to internal stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with strong documentation and analysis skills;
• Proficiency with basic Office tools;
• Diverse technical knowledge, with automation experience considered a plus;
• Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus;
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• French language skills are a plus.
