We are looking for an Business Analyst & Project Manager!

Responsabilities:

• Understand and analyse the needs coming from the Business or deriving from market changes, proposing sustainable solutions, in line with the entity’s strategic plan, and converting them into detailed requirements.
• Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts.
• Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in Production environment.
• Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed.

Requirements:

• Strong Analytical Ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, PPT and data quality tooling: PBI, SQL, and basic scripting (Python).
• Structured planning & execution.
• Ability to understand, explain and support change.
• Ownership & diligence.
• Ability to interact with UX, designers and
  - side developers;
• Curiosity about technology and a thirst to learn.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business teams;
• Ability to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively manage change and challenges;
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy;
• Willingness to learn.
• Fluent English.
