Our client, a leading retail bank, is seeking a skilled Business Translator to join their team. This is a permanent role within the dynamic and innovative banking sector, focusing on leveraging data and translating business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical specifications
• Utilising SQL and Python for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation
• Developing and maintaining data visualisation tools using Excel, Python, and SQL to provide clear and actionable insights
• Engaging in AI projects within an international banking environment
• Producing
  - weekly salary and talent insights reports
• Meeting with stakeholders, to deliver project updates and gather feedback
• Attending initial interviews with the business area to align on project goals

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Excel
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Dynamic and eager to learn new ways of working
• An open mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders
