ABOUT THE JOB

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a
- functional team delivering Flight Fulfillment Services from conception to operation. You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, data analysts, product owners, developers, and designers to define, document, and communicate requirements for digital platform enhancements in an agile environment.

Your responsibilities include evaluating solutions, consulting stakeholders, understanding TUI products and systems, and supporting growth and digital transformation across markets. You will define and manage requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support multiple agile teams, ensuring
- quality delivery aligned with business needs.

You should excel in collaboration, be commercially astute, and committed to delivering
- centric solutions. Working in an international, multicultural team, you will challenge constructively, drive excellence, and continuously learn new skills. Security awareness is essential in all activities.

ABOUT YOU

• Professional experience in a similar role; a degree in (business) informatics or a technical field is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, business process modeling, UML, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of project management, agile practices, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in the airline or travel industry, familiar with airline systems, GDS, NDC, and data formats like JSON and XML.
• Technical skills include API technologies, database queries, microservices, and AWS.
• Customer-focused, proactive, autonomous, and fluent in English; German knowledge is a plus.
