? THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to perform duties as a Business Analyst - Application Support for a national project.

? YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Design and write test cases
• Management and tracking of support requests and incidents
• Design and write test cases and manage its execution
• Communication with stakeholders
• Record, qualify, and prioritize anomalies and ensure their correction

⭐ What We-'re Looking For

• Bachelor-'s degree or higher (BAC+4/5) in Computer Science or a related field from an engineering school or university
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking, insurance, and actuarial industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced skills in VBA scripting
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience in software testing
• Familiarity with ITIL 4 framework
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Service
  Now
• Fluency in English and French
