Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Write and manage user stories with
  - defined acceptance criteria
• Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Identify and help resolve blockers or gaps in requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes
  
  

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Ability to craft clear, concise, and effective user stories
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev
  Ops or Service
  Now
• Solid understanding of digital transformation projects
  
  

• Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA) concepts and frameworks
• Experience with Salesforce Communities or similar platforms
• Background in the education sector, public sector, or
  - driven projects
