We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (BA) & Tester to join a dynamic team and take on a
- role position that bridges business needs with technical delivery. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with the business while maintaining a strong focus on software quality and operational accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured technical requirements.

Act as the link between business objectives and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

Guarantee the quality of software products through functional, regression, and performance testing.

Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Perform operational tasks such as spreadsheet validation,
- checking data across systems, and conducting data accuracy checks.

Work closely with Business Teams, Solutions, IT, Production and other stakeholders to support an efficient

- end process.

Required Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience with CLM/CRM systems .

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Hands-on experience with testing techniques (functional testing, regression, performance).

Strong organisational skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within the team.

Analytical mindset with strong
- solving skills.

Attention to detail and active listening capabilities.

Experience in financial markets is a plus.
