We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (BA) & Tester to join a dynamic team and take on a
- role position that bridges business needs with technical delivery. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy working closely with the business while maintaining a strong focus on software quality and operational accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured technical requirements.
• Act as the link between business objectives and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Guarantee the quality of software products through functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform operational tasks such as spreadsheet validation,
  - checking data across systems, and conducting data accuracy checks.
• Work closely with Business Teams, Solutions, IT, Production and other stakeholders to support an efficient
  -
  - end process.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with CLM/CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with testing techniques (functional testing, regression, performance).
• Strong organisational skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within the team.
• Analytical mindset with strong
  - solving skills.
• Attention to detail and active listening capabilities.
• Experience in financial markets is a plus.
