What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Trade Finance sector, with knowledge of key platforms (e. g. , Oracle Banking Trade Finance, CGI Trade360, Bank
  Trade).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, data & process modeling, and designing functionalities, including creating screen mockups and leading user workshops.
• Experience in configuring and tailoring trade finance software modules, and conducting testing (functional,
  - regression, UAT) using tools like x
  RAY.
• Proficiency in working within Agile methodologies, including writing and breaking down user stories in JIRA and managing sprint deliverables.
• Ability to manage and prioritize functional incidents, provide user support, and ensure timely resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation is highly appreciated.
• Fluent in English (B2 minimum), with French considered a significant plus for international collaboration.
