Job Description

Noesis is seeking a Commodity Trading Business Analyst (CTRM) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process analysis, software quality assurance, and commodities trading systems, especially in grains and agricultural products.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, streamlining, and automation.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Work with the development team to design functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis and software quality assurance.
Experience with commodities trading systems, preferably in grains and agricultural products.
Knowledge of CTRM systems or Financial Accounting.
Proficiency with Database Query Tools and SQL.
Financial accounting experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
