We seek a Project Manager willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Hybrid working mode with base in Porto.

Objective:

- Act as the Business Analyst and Functional Expert for the Collibra platform (ROAD).

- Support the evolution and maintenance of the tool, in line with the needs of the data teams in France and international subsidiaries.

- Collaborate with the Product Owner in managing the backlog and roadmap.

- Have a strong understanding of data governance and data management challenges, particularly within the insurance or banking sectors.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Collibra (ideally as an expert, though advanced users of other data management tools willing to learn Collibra are also welcome).

- Previous experience in data management projects or within a data office.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to listen to business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.

- Fluent in English.

Requirements:

- A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus.

- Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit.

- Proven analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.

- English.

- French (optional).

- Analytical and organizational skills are essential.
