THE ROLE

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to perform duties as a Business Analyst for a national project.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Analyze, align, and verify business needs and solutions
• Engage project teams, prioritize requests, and monitor portfolios
• Document and validate requirements efficiently
• Contribute to testing and user tests
• Support change management and deploy solutions
• Identify and prepare action plans for business impacts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Team player demonstrating high performance, flexibility, and adaptability
• Proficient in project management methodology, process analysis, design, and testing methods
• Familiar with business needs analysis and key challenges related to data and its management
• Mandatory proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Italian is a strong advantage
