Business Analyst -Documents Lisboa

Overview

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst based in Lisbon whose primary focus will be to design the requirements for the Documents and E-mail templates to be configured on the IT landscape that will support the business across Europe within a Transformation Programme

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the business to understand their requirements
• Perform fields mapping for documents
• Apply an analytical and detailed perspective to identify gaps and perform requirement analysis
• Document the requirements for the Documents/E-mails in scope for each project/release and keep them updated
• Support queries from the development team and during testing phases

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, in an IT and/or technical environment
• Insurance business knowledge to understand business cases
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e. g. , user stories, use cases, wireframes, UML, BPMN)
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)
• Previous or current experience in testing is advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a
  - paced and dynamic environment
• English as the working language (written and spoken)
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, Trello)
• Good to advanced Excel skills
