Business Analyst (Electronic Invoicing)

We're looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join the Electronic Invoicing team of an international client.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to collect comprehensive business requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
• Prepare clear and structured documentation, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design, test, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Support data analysis efforts by developing data models, performing validation, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Facilitate effective communication between business units and technical teams to maintain clarity and alignment.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training materials and user support documentation.
• Track project progress, manage change requests, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar position in the field of Electronic Invoicing (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and convert requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with data analysis, modeling, and data validation.
