Job Description

The role involves managing access rights, business profiles, and request authorizations within an enterprise request management system. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate profiles, ensuring data integrity, aligning with security compliance, and supporting reorganizations. The role also involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and working within defined procedures to manage updates and traceability.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage creation, update, and deletion of business profiles
• Update profiles in line with organizational changes
• Ensure compliance of profiles with internal standards and access policies
• Maintain data integrity of repositories (applications, functional roles, rights, shared mailboxes, and directories)
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues or implement improvements
• Monitor and report on the quality and accuracy of profile data
• Use digital tools to support remote collaboration and communication

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• Proficiency in Excel (especially VLOOKUP and data processing)
• Experience with request management tools (e. g. , Service
  Now or similar)
• Knowledge of information systems security principles
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e. g. , Teams)
• Organizational autonomy and planning skills
• Strong oral and written communication in French
• Coordination capacity for
  - solving with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to quality and rigor

Optional:

• Knowledge of Active Directory and permissions in shared directories
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Language Skills

• French – Fluent
• English – Optional but beneficial

Soft Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a coordination or support function
• Strong ability to synthesize, analyze, and think critically
• High autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Clear, adaptable communication depending on audience
• Strong team collaboration and responsiveness
• Pedagogical approach and investment in quality outcomes

Must be physically in Portugal, and work at the office 3/5 days a week.
