About the Client

We are supporting one of our clients, a leading international financial institution, in strengthening its technology and business teams within the Trade Finance sector.

The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of
- on experience on FBTI or an equivalent Trade Finance solution. This is a mandatory requirement to join the team.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, configure and enhance the FBTI platform, and ensure smooth delivery from requirements gathering through to testing and user support.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Contribute to the design of functionalities, including data modeling, processing, and UI/UX aspects.
• Lead user workshops and translate requirements into user stories in JIRA for Agile sprints.
• Configure FBTI software (including DTU, system tailoring) and implement FBTI modules.
• Conduct functional and
  - regression testing (x
  RAY), and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide functional support for user incidents: analyze, resolve, and deliver training
  - implementation.
• Manage and prioritize incidents to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Skills & Experience

Must-have (non-negotiable):

• Minimum 2 years of experience on FBTI or an equivalent Trade Finance platform.
• Solid background as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally in Trade Finance.
• Experience with requirement gathering, user stories, and Agile tools (JIRA).
• Testing experience, including
  - regression testing and support for UAT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency: C1 (or strong B2).

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of x
  RAY or other testing tools.
• Previous experience in workshops facilitation and UI/UX-related design.
• Familiarity with incident management and user training processes.
