? We are looking for a Business Analyst - Financial Knowledge

MAIN TASKS:

• Interact with electronic platforms and collect user needs (traders, sellers, compliance, etc. )
• Write functional specifications and ensure proper documentation (user guides, procedures, reporting)
• Manage priorities and milestones, including overseeing developers
• Coordinate testing and UAT, ensuring successful application integration
• Provide functional support to users
• Monitor projects and topics around the Datalake
• Conduct user training sessions
• Participate in project management activities

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a support or project manager in electronic trading and/or market access
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms: Forex, Fixed Income, Equities
• Knowledge of market connectivity (FIX, ideally ION) is a plus
• Very good understanding of financial products: Forex, Bonds, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives
• Good knowledge of how financial markets function: Orders/RFQs, order book
• Knowledge of SQL and ideally Power BI
• Strong data analysis skills and willingness to use data visualization tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Hybrid role based in Lisbon
