The jobholder will join the Finance transformation team and will be responsible for SAP S/4 HANA Finance support and project deployment within the group.

In an international environment, connected with a wide Finance network, in collaboration with multicultural and multifunctional teams (Finance, IT, Sales, Logistics, Subsidiaries. . . ), the jobholder will contribute to various projects:

• Support Group worldwide transformation by extending SAP S/4 HANA Central Finance solution to Airbus subsidiaries, generating process and compliance harmonization.
• Finance systems evolutions
• Adapt Airbus Finance solutions to meet business evolutions and challenges, ensuring compliance with tax, accounting norms, and regulations.
• Provide Airbus Finance community with digital solutions to simplify and increase efficiency through new ways of working and automation.

Tasks & accountabilities:

Supporting Airbus worldwide accounting users network (110+ legal entities) on S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cost accounting, Consolidation, and Treasury.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business users, IT teams), ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines and budget.
• Lead discussions and workshops with finance, accounting, and controlling stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for SAP FICO solutions.
• Design and propose efficient and scalable SAP FICO solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Define migration strategies.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs for
  - users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance / IT, ideally as a Business Analyst.
• Background in Accounting & Management Accounting standards.
• Good understanding of Business Processes in Finance (R2R, P2P, O2C…).
• Experience in
  - cycle SAP implementation projects and support (preferably including S/4HANA).
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and performing gap analysis.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to
  - technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a global,
  - functional team.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) and tools (Service
  Now).
• Relevant SAP certifications (e. g. , SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP S/4HANA) are a plus.
